Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Klinic One. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Klinic One, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Klinic One is a digital health platform that connects you with licensed healthcare professionals and offers decision-support tools. It does not replace a relationship with your primary care provider or emergency medical services.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on, or received through, Klinic One.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on Klinic One for emergency care.

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

To use Klinic One, you must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any additional clinical eligibility criteria communicated to you during onboarding.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
  • Use the platform only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
  • Refrain from abusing, harassing, or impersonating others on the platform.

4. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain reliable access to Klinic One. However, we do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. From time to time, we may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the quality of care you receive without appropriate communication.

5. Payments & Billing

Certain services on Klinic One may require payment. When you provide payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate.

Fees, billing frequency, and refund policies (if applicable) will be presented to you at the point of purchase or booking. Third-party payment processors may be used to securely handle your payment information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Klinic One and its affiliates, providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the services.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law or to limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or best practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by other appropriate means.

Your continued use of Klinic One after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
